Casa Arecida is located at an altitude of 600 meters in a predominantly agricultural and residential neighborhood: you will be surrounded by some beautiful Canarian houses, fruit trees, pines and looking to the sea from an infinite horizon. Once you enter the property it will seem to be in a tropical garden: the green lawn contrasts with the stone walls of the house, a large palm tree offers a pleasant shade during the hottest hours of the day, which you can comfortably lay down on a deckchairs and then other palm trees, an orange, a magnolia, flowering plants and in the lower terrace avocado trees. A covered patio with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast while looking at the ocean and a barbeque area to prepare tasty grills at sunset.
